Ocado Mercedes Vans For Conversion? (1 Viewer)

Just heard from Ocado driver that Ocado (food home delivery) are changing their fleet of 6.6m Mercedes vans for new ones. Thought they might be ideal for conversion size, shape & construction wise. Some of their vans have done over 300000 miles but told that they have been looked after engine wise & drivers are fined for any damage to the van so probably not too badly treated. Anyone interested might want to call Ocado & see if they can track down where they are being sold off?!

Didn't know that Mercedes did a 6.6 metre one, thought it was 5.91 MWB and 6.9 LWB the main ones sold, I know you can get even longer ones.

Driver said 6.6 but might be wrong - probably 6.9?
