These awnings seem very popular with european motorhomers, lightweight, easy to erect and cheap, looked at several last year whilst in Spain. Has anyone got one and which model?
Our van does not have a roll out awning so I am considering having a fixing rail fitted.
Advice and suggestions welcomed.

Never come across Obelink (but just been on their UK website) and they do seem fairly cheap - what was your opinion of the quality?
Getting a rail fitted to your ‘van is a good idea imho, and it will save the weight of a fixed awning which you may not use that much! Also, the choice of things to attach to it will be substantial.......from hooks to fully-enclosed awnings!

I had one of their sunroom awnings on a previous caravan, very pleased with it, it became our awning of choice for use in Europe during the summer, if I had any complaints it was the frame was steel so heavy, but it was strong and never gave any problems.

The two I looked at quality was right up there, not the heaviest of materials but ideal for hotter climes where we would be using it the most. Presently using a Quest screen house 4 which we are well pleased with though it can be troublesome in high winds,
