Checking booking for ferry later this month and found I had entered wrong length for van by 3m
Anyway tried to correct booking but have had to change day of departure return date ok.
So less days in Germany than in original plan
Not able to change return date due to work commitments
Not the end of the world but must try and be more careful when booking online.

Disappointing BUT better than finding out when you're sitting on the quayside!

We arrived at the hire car desk in Malta airport in May and collected our car. SIL was then told his had "gone" as he'd entered 1am instead of 1pm. AND, because someone had been there specially to give him the keys, there was an €20 surcharge. Because he hadn't turned up, they'd released the car to another customer.

Fortunately they found another, larger car for an extra €80, or we'd have been in trouble.

Going to have a few days in uk first
Will just leave more of Germany for another time
