Just had a total brain fart..

Got so much absolute crap going on I decided to do some retail therapy..

Broken Link Removed

Done a trade deal on it so the sale of the BMW1200 will all but cover the purchase

Oi do not get so comfy that you forget to put a foot down when you stop :):)

Very nice if thats your thing.

We hired one for a week in Florida sorry to say but we both hated it. Owned a FJR 1300 at the time far superior bike imo.

Enjoy it (y)(y)(y)

Bought it cos of Woman.. She has a bit of trouble getting on the GS nowadays sooo.. And when I ride alone I am using a proper bike, and will not be using this two wheeled articulated lorry .............

The FJ's are ok if you like slow of course ;):D, but for play time I will stick to one of my Blackbirds (y)

I had to get something REAL slow to give Richard a chance to keep up :rofl:

Well done mate, that is almost equipped the same as my black 2003 that I got rid off because of the weight about 3 years ago, regretted it ever since. They are marmite but I had four since '89 started just for going to European bike races, stashed everything away and covered the miles in comfort, took a while to get used to after sports bikes but came to love 'em.
Just one thing PLEASE,PLEASE get rid of the awful tassels!!
Enjoy

I can just about afford the one popeye showed. and I was looking for one last weekend. but it would not start . but that is a really nice ride John :envy:

Wellll.. I have just ( in the last 20 minutes ) sold my C90 to help fund the behemoth !
Only got the BMW1200GS to shift out of the stable and on to some new owner somewhere now and all will be sweet and light (y)

Hot of the press, I've managed to get some footage of Jaws test riding his new steed.............

Hope to gawd the one that is coming has some better bowlers on than that thing ! With the amount of grip displayed I suspect it has been shod with some original solid plastic Goodridge things from the mid 1960's !!

Will not be getting mine for a couple of weeks as it has a private plate on it and they are gonna put a date related one on

I don't think jaws will be doing that.

Well not deliberately any way ! LOL !!
It is a funny thing, can do all sorts of stupid crazy things on a bike, lov e trials riding and at one time was getting close to the top of the eastern lot, did jumps ( one notable one over 100 ft on a 175 water cooled DT ) but have NEVER been able to wheelie.
Number one son spends most of the time on the back wheel and it is REALLY annoying he does it with such ease !!!
