Not understanding the Crit Air process

We are off to France and Spain for a whirlwind trip in April. Looking at the Crit Air website it says I must declare my vehicle type as defined by section J of the log book, mines blank. I'm Euro 4, taxation class is Private HGV, so I'm assuming I select the HGV, Bus etc?
Sounds a bit of a dumb question reading it back but would like to fill the form out correctly first time .

Yes, M1 is the correct category. N1 is vehicles carrying goods less than 3500kg and N2 is over 3500kg - don’t go there.
