Interested to see if it is electric because it looks like a Lotus 7/Caterham 7/Westfield to me, and even if electric they've still got to have a back axle and a braking system with oil in!

I don't know if this is the same one but there was a guy on a German forum that did something very similar with a buggy, he had to do a lot of mechanical mods to make it right though.
