Last trip before lockdown out panel showed code E631H its not in the book .
Hoping somebody else may have had it .

Fault No.: 0631
Flashing code: ls slll slll
Fault description: Fault in the electronics
1. Action: Ensure 12 V voltage under load at appliance input and check for AC
voltage components that can be generated by the power supply unit
or solar system.
2. Action: Replace the electronics, enter heater serial number on the new
electronics using the Diagnose Tool

Fault
In the event of a fault, the Truma CP plus control panel im- mediately jumps to the “Fault” menu level and displays the fault code of the fault. The cause of the fault can be determined and remedied with the aid of the troubleshooting guide (from page 40 and ff).
E = Error
112 = Error code H = Appliance
H = Heater
A = Air conditioning system
Cause eliminated / return to the setting level
– Tap the rotary push button. If the display is in Standby mode, the background lighting is activated by tapping and the fault must be acknowledged by tapping again.
– The respective appliance is restarted

Sorry that’s only the example of what The E & H mean and a simulated error it’s not 631 which I can’t find in mine either.

It's only using the control knob to try to reset the system or find out the fault code. Nothing that would worry the warranty.

I have had the same error so looked up You tube and there are a couple of scenarios which I had to reset the hot water heater under the lounge seat , but last time I just reset it on the truma dial and it worked .very annoying tho especially when it’s freezing cold and no heater !. I wondered if it was a fault in the camping ground electrical box ??? Does anyone know what causes this fault ?
