Think it's The Red Lion, will check when I get home.
Stayed there last year. Fairly central for the centre, and the food is good if you decide to eat there.
£10 for 24 hours and a £10 credit if you eat there. A Win, Win.

Whilst Search for Sites hasn't always been reliable, it states on the SfS website "£15 regardless of any purchases in pub"

2008-20??
I had no idea they did this, that is a fantastic spot to stay and so near city and historic centre. This should be on everyone's list, just a few tight corners to navigate on approach but the refuse truck has no problem.Looks worse on Google maps than it is.

We stayed last year, went to the park and ride and it was quite expensive and miles out of town, so we decided to try the pub in the day, turned up at about 11am, they asked us for £10 which we would get back if we went in the pub ( they d apparently had a few micktakers) we had planned to eat out anyway and I'm rather partial to a good pizza and it was excellent, ended up spending about £40 but we did get our tenner back.

Very close to the city and a nice walk in through the cathedral grounds.

Being almost local have used the Red Lion a few years back. Lovely riverside walks , through to historic Pulls Ferry and Cathedral.

Never leave a campsite with your clothes line tied to a lamp post.
Having read the above we decided to use the Red Lion for our visit to Norwich. Please be advised that there is now a change of policy. They now charge £15.00 per night to park in the car park with no facilities and they do NOT refund this fee if you eat in the pub. The attitude when we queried this was "take it or leave it".....................so we left it. However there is a happy ending as we found a perfect CL (secret) just outside Norwich and we loved the city.
