I've travelled this route many times but require confirmation regarding the road signs after exiting the A16 junction 29. After the exit going down the hill to the roundabout to join the D940/D910 there are gantry road signs which I understand vehicles under 3500kgs can use the left hand lane but caravans can not. Last September I used this lane and was flashed by the 'Speed Camera '. I was under the speed limit at the time so I thought I had been flashed by the camera it thinking I was over 3500kg. To date I have not received any notification of an offence so is this lane ok for motorhomes under 3500kgs or should I take the blue sign route.

Frequently use this exit to top up at Leclerc. Never know why anyone uses the left-hand lane if turning right as the right-hand lane saves negotiating the roundabout. There's a 70kph limit going down the hill - always seems to be much-respected by the locals!

Thanks for the replies. I've followed google maps and the right lane leads to a roundabout where its clearly signposted for the N901 so in future I will take this route. Also noted the right-hand lane has a speed limit of 50 kph before the speed camera.

Thank you so much for raising this one. I can never remember in advance and it beats trying to rack the brains as you approach it.
