If you want your mobile phone , pen's , etc to stay put on your dash while driving. Dunelm do a Vacuum effect non slip pad in 2 size's small @ £1.99 or Large @ £2.99.
It sticks (not glued ) peel's off & doesn't leave any marks , items stick's to it like S### to a blanket. No problem if dash is sloping even up to 45degree's. website only list's one size but they stock both.
