Morning all, does anyone know if you can have the above phone unlocked. Barrie

I have the 520 locked to o2 just filled a thing in online to get it unlocked and they sent me a code to enter into the phone in about a day,free,put it in and now iv got it on 3

It will be locked by your service provider, depending on how long you have had your contract will determine if they will unlock.

Bought private last year, I want to change from tesco to three, but locked to O2

You might struggle then as these providers tend to deal with the original keeper

Try the internet, some sights give codes to unlock

You'll need an unlock code, which is basically a new PIN, and you'll probably have to pay for it, but there's enough search results for your model in Google to suggest it's technically possible.

Try Moneyexpert, there are links on there to free unlock codes and a site that tells you if your phone can be unlocked.
