Noisy Fiat A class cab heater fan

The heater/Ac cab fan is noisy when on higher settings it sounds like a screw is bouncing about inside it.
Does anybody know how to get access to this fan? I think it’s behind the front cup holder panel but no idea how to remove it.

There doesn’t seem to be any access to it from the engine compartment

Most fans I've had dealings with are worn bearings and the whole thing needs replacing. As to getting to it most require half or all the dash to be removed and then access can be a PITA!

Thanks for that I’ve seen a couple of YouTube vids that show access from below the dash but I can’t see a way in to it
