Noise after water taps have been on

Just purchased a Rimor superbrig 695 2019 and after the water has been on it making a knocking noise, any help would be great

Could be that your water level in the tank is low so it is trying to refill the water heater but not enough water there to do it. Do you are hearing the pump trying

happened to me last week but fixed by putting more water in the tank

Sounds like an air lock to me. probably due to low water in the heater. Check the heater drain is shut then Open all taps and run them for a while

If you have a pressureised system, it't probably just the pump running on until it rebuilds pressure in the system.

This should only happen for a few seconds after turning off the tap.
