Check the pick up tube in the tank hasn't come adrift, I've had that happen.

Try opening one cold tap only and let it run for a few mins.

So pump runs all the time , no water coming from taps when opened on hot or cold and no water coming out form boiler dump ? Have you checked the physical level of the fresh water tank rather than just reading the water gauge which could be faulty?

What boiler do you have? On ours we have a button that needs to be pushed in thats situated a few inches from the dump valve.

Have you let it run for a while? There around 10 litres in the boiler if you have one and more in the pipes. It can take a while to come through. You could have a cracked filter before the pump that’s just drawing in air.

Hopefully the OP will return and give us an update at some point to help other members in the future if they have a similar problem 👍🏻

We are back home now. Thank you for your replies in trying to help us with the water issue.
we found the the problem to be the shower point in the boot had the collar jammed back as though the shower pipe was fitted when it wasn’t! When I was bringing the water thro the pipes it was going straight into the boot! We had a wet boot but no damage thankfully. Thanks again for the response.👍
