Advice welcomed please on getting water to flow from hot and cold taps in an Eldiss CV40. We have a full cold storage tank, switched on the tap pump on main control panel. Water pump can be heard but does not switch off. Left on for 10 mins. No water just short gush of air from taps!

Try bleeding system starting with shower, bathroom sink /loo then kitchen sink

Had the same issue -

All taps turned off - start with sink tap on hot water and let air bleed out, then do both hot water in shower / sink in bathroom.

Then open cold taps.

Starting with the how water tap is key to get water from the boiler.

Worked for me…

I have just solved the same problem this morning.
Knowing frost was likely I drained the whole system, even putting an airline to blow out the last dregs..... I failed!
Checking the pump that was working (shureflo) I touched the plastic clear filter and the top fell off!!! I assume the small amount of water left in the unit froze, expanded and allowed air to enter. I proved my case by putting my hand over the broken filter, water immediately surged. Felt delighted problem solved and went for lunch. In my absence the 50% full tank evacuated most of its water into the back end of the van. Tip... do not do as I did. There must be a better way. The remaining water I stopped flowing by unscrewing the clear plastic dome and re-fitting with a thin plastic bag over the hole after unscrewing the clear plastic dome and re-fitting with the bag stopping the flow. Hope this is your problem for the parts are cheap and easy to fit.
