No hot water . Swift Sundance 630L 20)

Hi guys
On site with no hot water . Not sure what to try . Water heater light is on when I switch it on but tank doesn’t get warm . Never had a problem before .

Is that on gas or electric ?

Perhaps some more information? What sort of water heater? Any pictures? Is is electric only, gas only, dual fuel?

If it's a Truma 10L boiler the 240V can trip out if the boiler has been switched ON previously without water.

To RESET the water heater unplug the 240V supply lead @ the heater itself and then re-connect.

Having had a Google it seems that its a Truma Ultrastore. I suggest you try running it on gas. If that works it might be the heating elements are at fault, a fuse blown, needs the reset button resetting or a fault on the PCB. Time to get your manual out and read it to sort out which of the above it is or if it works on gas leave it until you get home.
