over a Year Yay................
I have a full tank of water & the cold water runs fine but nothing coming out of the Hot taps.
I can hear the pump clicking something ive never heard before when the taps are off.
Open the cold taps & I hear the relay click & water flows
Open the Hot taps nothing
Ive opened what looks like a pressure relief valve outside & water flows until the pressure drops
Ive downloaded the instruction manual & its useless

Carver Cascade Rapide 2 with a pressure sensing pump

any ideas ?
water goes in one end & surely it should come out the other...........

I have a hammer...........................

most likely air locked, try opening all the hot taps with the pump off. then switch the pump on.

Nope been doing that for 3 hours & no joy

I suppose I could take my probe out & try to manually power the pump & see if that kicks any air out

& that didnt work I can make the pump run but nothing comes out of the taps so im guessing a blockage somewhere or a valve i know of not

Have your hot taps got a micro switch? If your cold water tap makes a clicking noise when turned on and none from the hot it may be a microswitch has gone.

Some net reserch tells me there is a non return valve underneath & that it might be stuck hmm

Nope............

Ive had my hands up the back of the sink & no wires........

With the pump turned off and one hot tap turned on (all other taps off) try sucking water through from the tap. Be very careful if the water is hot.

You could also blow down the tap which may dislodge any air lock.
