Ok what am I doing wrong then?

First night in the van and I'm plugged in at the main. The light is on in the box outside so it's a live connection. I've tried the 'consumer unit' fuseboard inside the passenger seat and the isolator switches that I found in the cupboard, but nothing. The hook up symbol doesn't even appear in the control panel so there is nothing at all.

That's all I've got!

Fees in the post ???

Glad I could help, got caught out with that before

Did the same thing the first time we stayed on a caravan and motorhome Club site.
Felt a bit stupid going to the office to complain the leccy wasn’t working to be told push and twist.
Only ever come across these sockets on their sites.

Same here!

The wardens should explain this when you book on. Pain in the ar$e if you dont know about it.

Been there, done that. Next door caravans asked if i'd turned the plug in the socket when they saw me poking my leccy tester in the end of the hookup lead ??
I KNEW THAT, JUST TESTING. ???
