Good morning all, setting out on our first trip to France and looking for some nice places to stop the night between Dunkerque and Honfleur, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

There are plenty of aires along the coastline from Dunkerque to Honfleur. I would probably choose Le Touquet or Le Crotoy.
Have a great trip.

Brisey.

A Woosh bang
I would second Le Touquet

Le Touquet Port aire

GPS: 50.5361 1.5927
Marina Aire 9 euro , elect 2 euro for one hour

There is another at the equestrian centre that I think is nicer than the Port aire which is only a car park and does get crowded.... but not sure if it is still open.. worth checking as they are close to each other ...

Le Touquet Equestrian Aire

GPS 50.526336,1.598162
7 euro, no ehu , lovely aire, with grassy pitches, plenty of space for the biggest rig. Close to town.

see both on my Google Map

Le Crotoy is one of our favourite stop - sometimes if we are just having a short break or as a first stop before a long haul the next day.
It's worth a couple of days stay as there is a great cycle path around the bay to St Valery and the views and scenery are lovely.

We stayed at Croytoy in April i didnt know it had two and we weren't next to the port so i assume we stayed at the other:ROFLMAO: It was next to the beach and only couple mins walk to town ideal for a night or two. There was an overnight charge but im sure it was free at the weekend or Sunday only cant remember

Gravelines aire, Rue du Port, by the marina. Very close to Dunkerque obviously, but worth a look. Star fort, museum, town, beach, cycling. Google Maps 50.98879,2.122732
