This is not an official Fun meet but an offer for members who may wish to book individually at a discounted rate for great value camping for 2-5 nights in the New Forest next week which has been kindly agreed by Appletree Exhibitions 
The New Forest is beautiful at this time of year with deer & wildlife in abundance, some excellent walking & cycling routes plus good weather is forecast 
Location: New Forest Show Ground, Clay Hill, Brockenhurst SO42 7QH right in the New Forest about 30 mins walk from Brockenhurst with it's shops, tea rooms, pubs & restaurants. Maybe jump on the train there for the short hop to Lymington town for the day or Lymington Pier for a scenic ferry ride to Yarmouth on the Isle Of Wight. Lyndhurst is a bit further afield for the keen walkers.
Arrival: It's flexible as from 10am Wednesday 16 September, Thursday 17, Friday 18 or Saturday 19 with a minimum stay of 2 nights up to a maximum of 5 nights with departure by midday on Monday 21 September.
Facilities: Elsan tanks & drinking water. Toilets will be open in daytime hours but closed overnight.
Activities: No organised entertainment but local trade stands, a catering van & bar. Please note it is unlikely that there will be motorhomes for sale on this occasion.
Price: The exclusive offer for Funsters is arrival from Wednesday onwards & payment by cash on arrival for a minimum of 2 nights up to a maximum of 5 nights at the reduced rate of £10 per unit per night
Website price is £12 per night arriving from Thursday so a saving of up to £10.
Dogs: Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept under control & not worry campers or wildlife.
Booking: To be eligible for this offer you need to message me or post on here & I will message you back - the organiser will need to know number of motorhomes arriving to allocate plenty of space & have a note of your name, arrival day, number of nights staying & a contact phone number.
Even if the "Show" at this location does not go ahead the camping offer will! There will be extra measures in place to be COVID Safe & everyone will be expected to social distance at all times in accordance with the latest Government guidelines.
