Just got back from a wonderful Meet at Pembrey (via Burry Port Harbour). Great to see Chris & Liz there after her recent illness....there's just no stopping true Funsters !!
Our thanks also to Ed & Shirley for their part in organizing this stupendous event.
Well done to the first-timers, who showed up & joined in with gusto, and special thanks to old friends who made it what it was.....a truly memorable Meet.
Let's have another......soon please

And the last ones standing have now arrived home. What a great meet - the most enjoyable we've ever been on. Its all been said about the fantastic food, company, weather and venue but no-one has mentioned the fab Saturday bike ride along the coastal path to Burry Port and Llanelli. Nor did they mention the toboggan run (Dai and Taran Las) and the interesting steam fair with classic cars, bikes etc. So much to do and see we never got a chance to do any serious birdwatching - great area for that too. Thanks again Chris, Liz, Shirley and Ed for your lovely hosting.

taran_las I phoned pembrey park for a refund for you no problem its in the sand on the beach also the red think in the sky was the sun :mitzimad a log a log only a log what about the ball for ghertie flower as well a card in welsh and a dragon pass so you can get into wales again and with that card you did not pay to cross the bridge into England :chis and ed daiawn thank you and to to the staff at penbrey park ray
