PERFECT!
The weather and organisation by Sean, Jim and the excellent Marshall's made Newbury a memorable occasion.
Particular thanks to our Marshall who aligned the vans vertically on the hillside in spite of negative comments from another Marshall who thought vans should park sideways on hills.
Thanks also to the lovely people we were lucky enough to park near.

Comments not I should add from a Fun marshall but one of Warners 'professionals' who told Derek that our way was 'inefficient use of space'!

Those we spoke to on the adjacent sideways parking general area also noted that most of our vans had the habitation door towards the sun and away from wind!

Young Robin, @meanders You hide your light under a Bushel.
It was your excellent thought to get the Funsters out of that 'biting' wind on that first day, and at the same time, get maximum 'Sunshine' on the 'vans.
A master stroke.

Greetings All,

You may have read on here that the money raised had increased thanks to the generous donations from two Funsters (You two know who you are) to £166.75(y).

Well, I've just been in conversation with another Funster, who, despite my protestations has shoved another £20 in my mitt.

The Grand Total is now £186.75:Eeek::Eeek::Eeek:
