we are retired oldies determined to enjoy our dotage! setting off on 5th january and see where we end up. planning to go from dieppe to benidorm, then down the coast of spain and possibly portugal.
we are a bit nervous about snow and high routes, but I am sure we will find lots of advice here......

This is a pretty good recourse for routes to Spain http://about-france.com/tourism/routes-to-spain.htm, the last couple of years we have done Rouen, Chartres, Angouleme, Borbeaux, San Sebastián and then a bit of a climb towards Pamplona and Zarragoso and then over to the coast near Valencia, this is about as low as you can go as far as paying tolls is concerned and there are Aires to stop on the way down.

Hi, attaching screenshot to show that you go to Resources tab at top of page by Forums and when page is open Tonka's route is listed lower left as top resources.Hope this helps!

Perhaps the resources aren't available until you pay for a full subscription to the site...... well worth the money, with all the great help and advice you get it pays for itself over and over - plus you get member discounts

thanks - i guess that must be right, but i cant find where to pay a subscription - it never asked me when i joined. sorry if i am a dweeb, but can you point me to the correct place..... thanks
