There are so many choices, really do your homework as to what you want.

Go out and see as many as you can.

Maybe try hiring one for a week to see if you both like the idea.

See the Johns Cross advert to the right. One of The Good Guys, go hire one from him, head into France. That's as good as it gets for motorhoming.

What kind of France do you fancy ? Beach, river, mountain ?

Brittany is a good trial area, not too far and some magnificent locations. Book a ferry to Cherbourg to minimise driving and maximise MH living experience.

Hi and welcome Bruce, at the beginning we hired for a week and went to the west coast of scotland, my wife freely admitting she wasn't looking forward to it, but by the end of it she didn't want to come back

And we also discovered that that layout wasn't for us so killed two birds with one stone:thumb:
