Newbie questions.

Hi newbie questions which may seem Silly to some. We are getting our Autocruise Stardream 2010 model on Saturday, and have not been able to find the answer to the following questions.
1. do we need a special pipe/hose to fill the water tank as have read some motorhomes do require one?
2. where is the tap to empty the grey water?
3. does the solar panel charge both batteries?
4. and when plugged into the mains are both batteries charged, as have heard the Peugeot vehicle battery goes flat quickly.
5. we have 3 dogs who will need to be tethered in the lounge area, has anyone got any suggestions? Can’t use a cage as they won’t all fit in. In the car they were locked into seatbelts with harnesses.

we use food grade hosepipe - don't *have to* just a personal preference
2. where is the tap to empty the grey water?
look for a grey coloured tap probably near the rear of the vehicle
3. does the solar panel charge both batteries?
don't know
4. and when plugged into the mains are both batteries charged, as have heard the Peugeot vehicle battery goes flat quickly.
some do some don't - our 2020 peugeot boxer doesnt

no idea - we're still working out how to take our parrot safely!

If you can Video the handover as there is quite a bit to take in and that way you can refer back to it later. We then went away locally for a couple of nights with the video and various heating/TV//fridge manuals (bottle of wine) and practised using everything! After a couple of trips you will become pretty familiar with all the workings.
