Hi Crystals, there are some bargains to be had with used RVs at the moment. Ask away with your questions, Funsters are knowledgeable and friendly folk:Smile: Meanwhile, welcome to the fun:thumb:

Hi Crystals, you've already done what we considered the hardest part, deciding to go for it.

    Have fun, Bill

Sounds like your number 1 question is MPG.

There is no such thing as limited budget when paying the oil companies. To me RV equals 10 mpg. I'm distressed at our 25 mpg.

It's cropped up many times in conversation, you can fly to souther Spain for a warm winter cheaper than driving there and using a MH. These are frightening times.

We love Italy, Garda = £240 each way for fuel. For your RV £750 each way.

Bottom line - RV or more economical large MH ?????

Hi and welcome to the site, as you can see already there is a division, RV or Icecream van, hee hee. You really need to appraise you projected syle of travel. Do you intend site sitting or travelling and do you own an oil well. site sitting = RV travelling / wildcamping = icecream van, and yes I drive an icecream van, ha ha. Own your own oil well please yourself.
