hi i'm Chrissy just bought a 1992 Talisman, had an autoquest before but since husband passed away it was too big for me to drive, so got a smaller one, just waiting for habitation check then back to driving with gears again, i'm not sure how anything works on this one any help gratefully appreciated.

Hi and welcome.

If it is any comfort we had 2 vans over 10 years and I didn’t understand how either of them worked.

I left that to my wife - including changing that smelly cassette thing

:welco:Welcome aboard.
Whenever I hear Feltham mentioned , I always think of the young offenders prison, only because I used to go there to carry out assessments .
This must be a pain for anybody living in Feltham.
Lots of knowledge on this site so ask away.

Hello and welcome from West Midlands. It's worth noting that most of the stuff fitted inside a motorhome (fridge, cooker, toilet, radio etc.) are likely to be from outside suppliers. If you go online and search for your fitted model you can often find the manufacturere's website and maybe download its user manual. Even if your appliance gets a mention in the motorhome's handbook you will usually find the manufacturer's handbook give more information. (Our motorhome handbook ran to one and a half pages about the radio/satnav unit - the manufacturer's ran to 80 pages! and had much more useful information)
