Newark meet procedure?

Hi all. Getting quite excted about the big meet next weekend but just wanted to ask a few questions
1) Are we realy parking in a wagon wheel type placement?
2) If I want to pitch by some others that are coming with me, the outlaws, ray and tick59, are we goingt to be able to pitch next to each other?
3) I am aware that entertainment will be there , but will we be having our own?
4) Is there really going to be a big tent to meet in?
5) and lastly, will Jim have enough beer to go round or should I bring my own bottle of bourbon to please meself.

6) sorry one more, what time are most people likely to be arriving?

1. There are too many of us to form a circle, so we will probably be in lines.

2. Like most shows if you want to pitch together its best to arrive together, however Suzy & Bryan will I am sure help where they can.

3. At most shows there are more attendees than there are places for the organised entertainment. In years of attending shows we have only made it to the entertainment tent once. Tom O'Conner was great We will probably make our own entertainment, some will go to the organised show some won't. MotorhomeFun meets are very informal and members do as they please.
4 Motorhome Fun owns a 6m by 4m Marquee, if anyone has a gazebo they want to bring so we can have an annex or two that will be great. The marquee serves coffee all day and beer and wine all night.
5. Its a vicious rumour started by Linda and RoadRunner that I am in the chair all weekend:Cool: However you might want to bring a beer in case I run out

6 Most people will arrive late Friday early Saturday

I am looking forward to it too.

We will need some volunteers at the stand to hand out flyers, you can volunteer here
