Has anybody used Hayes leisure in walsall looking at a new to us van just wondering about after sales etc?

Purchased a new van from them last year.
After sales care is good & they have their own workshop where the staff are experienced.
Warranty niggles have been rectified satisfactory.
The presales information however was limited with no updates on progress on order but you didn't ask about that!
They have a courtesy car that you can use in case of warranty work/service.
Probably wouldn't buy from them again as made the rookie mistake of buying from dealer a fair distance away otherwise would happily consider them.
