VW campervan for 10 years
Hello, myself and my wife Margaret are the owners of a new Hymercar Free having previously owned a Bay window VW camper for 10 years. We have been as far as Italy in our VW and with our new van we are looking forward to longer road trips in more comfort.

Due to having a wee dog we are holding off going back to the continent until you-know-what is all decided and the rules are updated or otherwise. Don't fancy having to get doggy blood tests and who knows what just to go to France.

I have been 'de-badging' the new van (too many names & stripes for us) and making other minor modifications while also trying to find the pre-wiring for a reversing camera (found power at the rear so far).

Lots of weekends away planned. Happy to answer any questions about the Hymercar.

Get out there and enjoy yourselves.

Hi and welcome, if it's a new Ducato I believe the wires are in the passenger footwell and quite easy to find.

Welcome
With your dog all you need to get back into the UK is the normal pet passport While we are still in the EU there are no requirements to travel to France it's just the return journey that you need the paperwork for and this won't change even if a no deal exit happens while you're away.
