since 2007, 25 years tuggin before that.
I always go for "normal van" tyres, but go up for a heavier load index.
Continental Vanco All Season are my weapon of choice.

Unable to get Michelin in my size when I needed them so after some research decided on Continental Vanco 100 and found them to be much quieter and improved fuel consumption.

When you think about it it's not a lot of £ difference .
Then again you may be the kind of parent who sends their kids to the running track with their old golf shoes on,after all they both have spies on so why not go for the cheapest option !

I'm going to need all of mine replacing soon, and on doing some research, was going to tryBroken Link Removed

Good quality tyres Wizzer and an excellent price but as Vlad says not much use in the Winter. I've yet to take the plunge and get 4 seasons or straight winter and change twice yearly but it's got to come and soon. Bugger!:(

False economy you'll have to change them in WINTER !

Vlad

Why? the old tyres are not winter or all season tyres, I don't have all weather tyres on my car and I don't change them in the winter (and I'll bet you don't either) and I use my car a hell of a lot more than the MH, the fact is most of us (including me) do not use our motorhomes anywhere near as much in the winter. Hankook also do a winter tyre but due to what I've already pointed out I don't need them.
Guys our weather is supposed to getting warmer not colder:doh:

Just purchased online 2 x Michelin 225/75`s for £106 each, including free delivery. Can get them fitted locally for £12 a wheel, that saves about £40 per wheel (and we have 6) on what I could get them fitted for all-in locally.

Only if you go to parts of Europe that have rules about what tyre markings you need to run when there is snow on the ground.

In the UK you are allowed to slip and slide to your hearts content.

We have Vanco fourseasons so no changing or slippy slidey.
