New to Motorhome Fun - New to Motorhoming (1 Viewer)

Hi to everyone

Tina John and the boys - We are very new to motorhoming. We've wanted a motorhome (RV) for about 30 years but never managed to sort one out - but we took the plunge in Sept last year and bought one.

So far we've been out and about in the UK and recently took it to Switzerland for a skiing trip - loved to so much that we are now planning to go to La Clusaz (French alps) in Feb 1/2 term

As we don't know anyone else who motorhomes it would be lovely to join in to some of the rallies - so if anyone can recommend any rallies we'd appreciate it - Thanks

Welcome, and do you have what is generally referred to here as an RV, that is a USA made motorhome?

But I think many RV owners are members here as well. There is only so much of your day you can devote to discussions on black waste disposal.

Hi and welcome, quite a few on here Ski and I think a few are going this half term. If you look at top where it says Groups there is a skiing group might be useful for you. We are beginners and hope to head to the Alps next xmas new year.
