Hi and welcome to the fun. A motorhome only gets worn out if used fulltiming and most done't so age and is not as important as mileage.

Having previously owned an old fiat ducato my best advice to you is stock up on parts whilst they are still available, headlights, rubbers, mountings etc xxxx

As long as you can access the parts it will go for years
