    well its been a long day

    remember its only a 600 calorie day for me

    so i went and flushed me DNA long wallk to the amenity tip

    came home got the cookie jar out and cleared them up

    refreshed me bios that baby bio makes yer plants grow

    came back downstares had a couple of bytes

    now im thinking of me tea tonight

    oh and i got on the new serviett today as well

    but i have to keep logging in

    anyway thats all from tofo towers

    beware of 'bloatware'

    comes in flat bars with a purple wrapper..

    as it happens, it's a year this month since I went on my diet .. still doing well, down to my target weight a few months ago, lost 34lbs ..:Smile:

    I've managed to loose 11lb without dieting!!!! :thumb: Although I did have a treat today of a tray of chips and a load of lovely scrummy scraps .... :RollEyes:

    if you weren't meant to eat you wouldn't have a cake 'ole !

    and Brian.....a bowl of muesli a day, no problem.
