I've just joined after being recommended by Mark at Central Leisure Services whose being doing a great job looking after my Ford Herald. This is my second van, I started off with a 1976 Ford Transit Mark 1 to see whether I liked motor homing, loved the van but too high maintenance for a mechanical novice so have moved on to my 1998 Ford Herald.

Loving my van and hoping to get out and about a bit more after this wash out of a summer.

I look forward hearing peoples news and views.

A very big welcome to the friendly motorhome site. You will find an answer to most of your questions and the crowd are a nice bunch.
Congratulations on your Herald purchase, they are bombproof. We used to manufacture all the graphics for these vans when Compass took them over. If you ever need any names or model numbers you know where I am.
