Hi all, just joined, I have had an Eldis 340 for 10 years, looking at a part converted Toyota Caentano bus to buy and complete, anybody got any advice on obtaining spares new/scrapyards?

Are you looking for parts for the bus or to complete the conversion? I'm guessing the latter so I would think eBay is your first call. I really don't know how many old MHs end up in breakers' yards. Most seem to be driven years past the date they would be scrapped if they were goods vans. The odd accident victim might turn up from time to time but the gubbins out of a 25 year old MH is going to be troublesome in the long term I think.
That said someone may now turn up with details of a specialist MH breaker...

Hi, thanks for the welcome, most of the bits i require are mechanical/body parts, mostly caused by years of neglect. IE, no spare wheel (lost during vehicle strip out, but just how can a tyre dissapear ?) steering colomb shroud missing etc

Welcome Robert, having been in several forums, in terms of all round respect and friendliness, I think without doubt, this is the best.
