We bought a Duvalay 3 yrs ago this month , for our island double bed ,we sent them them the measurements and they made it , not cheap but one of the best purchases we have made for the motorhome , great nights sleep far better than the one that came with the van and quite a bit lighter .
The one we got was the 15cm Duvalite Golden Eclipse Mattress

+1 for Duvalay - we changed ours earlier this year, as comfortable as our very expensive bed at home. Agree not cheap but a good night's sleep is very important to us. Ordering very simple and delivered on the promised date, well satisfied.

I bought a £100 firm foam mattress from Ikea, which was a bit bigger than I required. Sat through the sales pitch about it having a 5 year guarantee... then got home and immediately zipped off the cover and attacked the foam with a knife bread knife. Took about 20 mins to get the shape right. Then took a couple of hours of sewing to patch the cover.

Despite the fact it's just a foam mattress, I get just as good night's sleep as my ££££ mattress at home. It's nice and light and doesn't care about being squished and folded up on the rare occasion that I fold up the bed. I'm happy.
