After my last post I now realise that my leisure batteries are goosed
Any recommendations about supplier , make and also whether gel batteries are the way forward
I can’t afford Lithium
Regards
Chris

If I had to replace my leisure battery right now, I'd probably get a relatively cheap one. It might only last 3 years, but Lithium is dropping in price really fast.

We were told by Plymouth Battery Centre that a Gel Battery would not suit our usage, mostly on EHU with only a small use off grid.

We were too far from Plymouth so he suggested we bought a Halfords Battery in Truro, saying they are made by Yuasa and are excellent quality, so we did, fitted ourselves and so far all good.

As a matter of interest how long a guarantee do the Hankook batteries have.
