Has anyone had problems with wiring to speakers on IH Van Conversions?

Is that the rear speakers? Mine didn't work and there was no fader facility on the radio. The dealer I bought mine from (Nick Whale) fixed this by joining the rear inputs to the front inputs. I can't fade between front and back but at least the speakers work.

At the moment the front drivers side and the rear near side speaker are not working.
I have also an Amber warning light showing (Genetic Failure Indication) Audio system failure!
Taken it to a Fiat dealer today and they have told me it is IH that needs to fix it!
The Fiat dealer has shown me some very bad wiring behind the radio!
My Van is only 3 months old.
I am now waiting for a reply from IH.

I bought the van from Signature Motorhomes in Preston.
You can't buy direct from IH anymore.

IH have always had a really good reputation for quality but I'm question that at the moment. Maybe they're now selling too many vans.
