New Hymer Merc 4x4 motorhome (1 Viewer)

Sat outside the van in Croatia having a beer while the Remoska does its work and a brand new 4x4 Hymer on a Merc chassis parks next to me.
First one I've seen but it looks awesome, young Swiss couple driving it might try n sneak a look later.
Nice van for a world trip I reckon.

Just got chatting to the guy its a La Strada not a Hymer less than 6.5 mts long took a pic but can't post on this wifi connection.
He said he tried the Hymer but it wasn't as well made as the La Strada especially the interior fittings. He reckoned the Hymer fittings would have fell apart doing any serious off road and the monocoque body of the La Strada was again much better built.
Cant comment on any of that but its a serious off roader with luxury interior unlike many so called adventure vehicles.

La Strada one of my favorite manufacturers..nearly got an Avanti last time but could not get a deal ..was like going into a RR dealers asking for a discount
