I haven't ordered any Hymer parts for a while, which is the best dealer to use. Or should I go direct to Hymer in Germany,

You could try Brownhills at Newark, they still carry a lot of Hymer parts/accessories despite no longer selling Hymer vehicles.

I doubt Hymer will make hobs. They will be bought in items.

Check the makers label and do an internet search.
