We're new here and popped in to say hi!
We are actually campers but we have got ourselves a VW Crafter "race van" which we wanted to move our cycles around in ( along with our camping gear). Its great that as well as having a garage it is also a comfortable and self contained 4 berth motorhome with all we need ( except a built in PC .. but thats one of the reasons I came here)
We travel about a lot in the midlands .. north east and scotland. This year we intend to drive down to Nice, along the coast and round into Tuscany, before heading ip to Lake Garda .. then thru Switzerland to the Black Forest area and then back.. over a 3 week period. We have both travelled and camped in Europe before but are always to accept advice and go to rallys or meets if our jobs allow.

If you wish to save the cost of a Swiss vignette go north then west from Garda, slip through Austria on non-toll roads and end up in Fussen. A grand journey.
