Are there any worthwhile improvements to what may be the finest free program every written ?

It would still be one of the finest if we had to buy it.

It's a pity that Flash Earth has more up to date images of some places.

It's got to be very limited, where do they get pre-satellite images from ?

Being a Grumpy Old Man first class, I've seen this all before ( was Word the first ) where a perfectly excellent program explodes just because there is a huge herd of programmers who want to keep their jobs so develop for development's sake.

Maybe BASIC was the first, I can remember 1K BASIC and today BASIC is well over 200MB.

That's 1000 to 200,000,000.

One that has avoided this is Auto Route.
