Hi, new to motorhomefun but bought our first motorhome in 2004 after many years with a caravan.
Retired for a few years and fed up with watching tv.
So we got rid of the house bought a tag axle kontiki 649 and now live in it.
Currently on seasonal pitch at a cc site but talk about regimented. Rules and regs must be obeyed at all times, Yes sir.
Now looking for a site to use as a base must be near to London Heathrow side as spending lots of time with our grand daughter, so anyone with any suggestions please let me know.

There is a 'facility' at Padd farm, Hurst Lane, Egham.. TW20 8QJ

wouldn't call it a site in the traditional sense.... it's more like a gippo camp.. has EHU and toilets.. and not much else. Lots of old vans and people living full time..

but it's close to Heathrow .. maybe worth a look..

Google map,, entrance to farm..

How do I know you ask.. ?
Well in times past I worked for a company called Benjys' Ltd. we had cold storage depot there.. I installed the EHU for charging distribution vans.. company was dissolved in 2007.. so it has other uses now

Hello Welcome to Fun, could be worth googling Apps Court Farm, no rules there, they don't mind long stay, could be worth checking out.
