Just read this: From September 22, travelers from Croatia, Greece, Malta, Spain, and the French regions of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Corsica, Hauts-de-France, Ilȇ-de-France (Paris), New Aquitaine, Occitania, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur — even transit passengers — must present a negative coronavirus test taken within 72 hours before their trip, or take a test within 48 hours upon arrival. They also must report their arrival to Italian health authorities. All arrivals from any destination are asked to fill out a self-declaration.

Anyone had experience of going into Italy from France since September 22 and did you have to have a test either before or after arriving? We're planning to go to Italy in the next few days from Cote d'Azur and don't want to get caught out.
