Just goes to show the demand is still high...a new modern site is always going to attract clients...some sites in the same area are either receiving renovation work or greatly overdue for the same.New site being constructed on the CV-753 between Benidorm and Albir if interested.

So much for them all going out of business due to the Brits not being allowed to stay for more than 90 days.
( Exactly...and as Bob has stated, those visitors from Eurozone have always outnumbered the GB/UK visitors, and as we are experiencing right now, they are here in great numbers again...getting a table on our seafront row of restaurants is a challenge which requires a reservation or a wait your turn .....So much for them all going out of business due to the Brits not being allowed to stay for more than 90 days.
I think it's been in the planning stage for a few years, the site was being filled up a few years back but it was a bit hit and miss. Its good to see more progress now .New site being constructed on the CV-753 between Benidorm and Albir if interested.

All sounds very cozy Bob. But as many business owners, taxi drivers etc will tell you. It is the British that spend the money. If anywhere would suffer it would be Benidorm as most of the clients were British, but like most businesses you have to turn the tables, we have alot more German and Dutch guests now and very few English, we get inquires but it's a bit like sunbeds the germans already have their towels on it.
During covid Benidorm was full of Spanish, we visited and it was a completely different place, all the keep fit and yoga on the beach was all Spanish, having Spanish and European friends, when we mention we have been to Benidorm(
we like a quick fix sometimes ) they say too many English and they drink too much and that's followed by trouble.
That must happen at night after the dogs had her last wee and we have gone to bed.zzzz
Bob
It’s on the left from Benidorm to Albir. Is it on the right as you go towards Albir? I seem to remember some groundworks going on last year. It's well out of the way if so, probably a 2 mile walk to Benidorm beach.
Yes found it, other side of road opposite the British school:It’s on the left from Benidorm to Albir.
Always the number 10 bus to get you back2.36 miles to beach![]()
I would say it is right in the middle between Villamar and Albir so not a very easy walk but easy cycle to either. Think the one you are thinking about Richard is the new extension to Camping La Collina which is on the right. Is it on the right as you go towards Albir? La Torretta have been under pressure for a few years to close due to the flooding every January. I believe that the family that owns it has lots of businesses in and around beni.Apparently the site is owned by the same people who have La Torreta wether or not it is a replacement for the existing site who knows.
