The BMF has notified us of a dedicated sign that warns bikers about their speed in accident black spots.
Released by manufacturers TWM Traffic Control Systems, the sign uses RADAR and lights up with blue LEDs to warn bikers who are travelling above a pre-set speed to be alert.
A data-sheet from the manufacturer said that: “The interactive sign is designed to be situated in locations that are renowned for vehicle incidents and speeding vehicles, with particular reference to speeding motorcyclists.”
