Saw a snippet in the CC&C Mag about new speed limits in the Flanders region of Belgium.
With effect from Jan 1st 2017, speed limits on 'regional roads' in the northern part of Belgium are reduced from 90kph (56mph approx) to 70kph (43mph approx) This includes the Zeebrugge Port, but excludes the Brussels-Capital area.
The limits apply, even if there are no warning signs!
