Never seen a van in a tent before-

    Seen this at Woolacombe, it looks like a tent to fit over a van , why:Eeek:

    It's a van cover.. and being as it's Woolacombe,

    I imagine it's to protect the van from salt and sand

    If you ever venture along the A17 between Sleaford and Heckington there's someone actually living beside the road in a touring caravan which is INSIDE an awning!!
    They've been there a number of years but the awning only appeared a few months back.
    I guess it's for added insulation....:Sad:

    Could be some sort of DIY awning but whatever it is it is going to ruin the paint finish on what looks like a newish vehicle if there is sand blowing around. Which there will be.

    To keep it cool/clean are there big birds flying about ? protect van from bird droppings maybe.
