We are in Nerja and leaving today. It is absolutely bouncing here. Tonnes of German vans and many leading an alternative lifestyle. Good for them!

We stayed on a site for a week and FLT for last three nights.

We love Nerja and it was great watching the dolphins pass daily.

Where were located and roughly what time is good to see the dolphins?

The picture is taken just outside Nerja on the way to Torrox.

The Dolphins pass by at all times of the day. Not as many as previous years when the pods were massive.

The boss was swimming yesterday when they passed very close by.

I love Nerja. We had a secret wild camping spot tucked away right near the village of Frigiliana, we told no one about it for years, then a couple of years ago we went there to find a house being built on our land!

Yes Nerja is lovely. We stayed there for 2 weeks when we toured Spain by car about 20 years ago. Can you still visit the caves there? our hotel was close to those caves (Cueva De Nerja)

Yes, you can still visit the caves.

We visited 20 years ago by car as well and no, not much has changed.

Keep getting drawn back to this area as it is so beautiful and cosmopolitan. We might have to buy an apartment/villa 🤔

Use ianthebuilder philosophy and offer a pound a week :giggle: (y)

My dad bought an apartment in Nerja in the late 80’s.
He sold it when he got in ill health 25 years later. I wish
he had kept it in the family
